Kitchen and Bath Specialist for our
ProSource Wholesale division
. We are seeking a personable, collaborative, and team-oriented Kitchen and Bath expert to be responsible for providing support to K&B Showrooms by participating in recruiting, training, and showroom implementation activities as needed. As a K&B Specialist, you’ll also assist both the internal Kitchen and Bath team and Showroom Designers by providing experience and knowledge with 2020 software and kitchen and bath design and products. If you’re a design expert in the Kitchen and Bath field, we want to hear from you even if you’ve never trained before as we have an incredible team and the resources to get you to the next level!

Our Kitchen and Bath Specialist will: - Provide on-boarding of new PS designers, including participation in designer mentoring and supporting the 2020 application. Participate in the development and maintenance of training materials. Participate in the delivery of K&B training in person, on-site, on webinars, and virtually, as needed.
- Provide K&B Best Practice support to all showrooms.
- Assist management and K&B team in the development and implementation of projects, webinars, and planning events.
- Assist with Designer candidate recruiting and screening, as well as conduct new designer candidate design skills assessments as requested by the K&B Recruiting team.
- Assist the Showroom Design, Operations and Merchandising team with implementations for new showrooms and showroom remodel, as needed.
- Work with management and K&B team to develop, implement, and maintain K&B pricing tools.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or Interior Design preferred and/or related experience with 2 plus years’ experience in Kitchen and Bath Industry.
- Experience working with a customer relationship management system preferred.
- Excellent 2020 skills. Capable of maintaining updates to the 2020 software application and all vendor catalogs and pricing.
- Experience in developing professional documentation, recruiting, training, or marketing is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills, with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point experience.
- Possess poise and confidence while communicating with business owners, sales team, and design specialists.
- Must be able to adhere to strict timelines while collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Willing to travel to ProSource Showrooms for training and support and national convention.
