Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll perform essential routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure all systems are operating at peak performance. You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our customers comfortable, providing exceptional service, and building lasting relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.

  • Inspect HVAC units to identify and diagnose issues or potential problems.

  • Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and other system components.

  • Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, belts, and filters.

  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot system malfunctions.

  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and HVAC codes.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of residential HVAC maintenance experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong interest in the HVAC industry and a willingness to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is preferred.

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $24.00 - $34.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
