Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and organized House Manager to oversee daily household operations and provide support for in-home care needs. The House Manager will be responsible for ensuring the home environment is safe, clean, and well-managed, while also coordinating care routines, schedules, and services. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance both household management and supportive care responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily household operations (cleanliness, organization, supplies, scheduling).

• Coordinate and monitor in-home care services, ensuring client’s needs are met.

• Assist with light caregiving tasks (meal preparation, reminders for medication, companionship, errands, appointments).

• Manage household budget, purchasing, and vendor relationships.

• Create and maintain schedules for household staff, caregivers, or service providers if applicable.

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment.

• Communicate regularly with family members, healthcare providers, or agencies regarding care updates and household needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home management, caregiving, or related role strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

• Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to maintaining client dignity and comfort.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
