We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hospital Valet Attendant's for our 2nd shift to join our dynamic team.
**Job Summary:**
The Hospital Valet Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by handling their vehicles with care and professionalism. This position includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with their walkers and wheelchairs when needed, and providing information about the hospital and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive at the hotel.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with walkers, wheelchairs, bags and offer directions to the hotel entrance and facilities.
- Maintain a neat and organized parking area, including keeping the valet booth clean and presentable.
- Provide guests with information about hospital amenities, local eateries, and other parking areas.
- Monitor and manage keys securely, ensuring all vehicles are logged properly.
- Report any vehicle issues, damages, or lost items to management promptly.
- Uphold high standards of safety and traffic regulations.
- Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with 2 points or less on your drivers licsence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism.
- Capable of lifting 5-10 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work your scheduled shift consistently and be dependable.
