What We're Looking For: A Graphic Design Associate to join our creative team and help design the visuals that power our digital fundraising, marketing, and advocacy campaigns. You’ll work remotely from home and collaborate closely with our Creative Director and other staff to produce graphics and videos that engage and inspire millions of supporters. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Graphic Design Associate is responsible for specific duties that include (but aren’t limited to) the following: Design compelling graphics for webpages, blogs, emails, ads, and social media Create and edit short videos and motion graphics Collaborate across teams to translate campaign concepts into visually effective materials Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS: A competitive candidate will have the following background, knowledge, skills, and abilities:  Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro A portfolio showcasing creative digital design for marketing or advocacy Exceptional attention to detail Sharp eye for clean, bold, and persuasive visuals Demonstrated interest in public policy, animal advocacy, pro-liberty causes, transparency and accountability in government, and/or politics. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Compensation: This is a full-time, work-from-home, salaried position with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid vacation and holidays.
