Description of the role: The Front Desk Agent with Flexible shifts here in Ogunquit, ME is responsible for following specified procedures and effectively assisting in the daily operations of the Front Desk. This includes tasks such as registering guests, managing reservations, responding to telephone inquiries, processing cash, credit, and check transactions, as well as completing all daily reports and tasks outlined on the daily checklists. Responsibilities:

Benefits: * Compensation of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour paid weekly We are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a stunning location in Ogunquit, ME.

• Flexible shifts: Evening shift includes Night Audit Functions ending at 10pm, 11pm.
• This position may also include a mid shift or morning shift. Once Trained we will settle into consistent schedule. Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Computer savvy is a must, all work is done on a reservation system.
• Assist with a correct balance and completion of all daily documentation and Night Audit
• Be completely familiar with hotel information necessary to increase revenues and enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist with resolution of any guest concerns, referring to management as needed.
• To perform other tasks, as directed by the desk manager
