Service management, process optimization, service offers and proposals

• Service partner management, including contracting, work evaluation, etc.
• Conduct service sales work to meet the yearly target (Optional)
• Oversee the field service operation from pre-commissioning, commissioning,

maintenance work, fault diagnosis and repairs. • Ensuring that the on-site services complies with the local work health and safety requirements • Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner • Keep a good record of the service cases, spare parts & unit inventory, consumption records and service revenue & expenses • Organize, participate and accompany customers on long-term cooperation greeting and social activities. • Communicate with the management, sales team, local service partners and customers to support the business development.
