We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events from concept to completion. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly by providing operational, administrative, and on-site support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and preparation of events, meetings, and special projects
Support event logistics, including schedules, materials, and vendor coordination
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Help manage event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Provide on-site assistance during events as needed
Maintain organized records, reports, and event documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in dynamic environments
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
