Providing professional, in-person support at live events and outreach campaigns

Answering public inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering helpful information
Assisting with event setup, customer engagement, and campaign logistics
Recording customer interactions and feedback using basic tracking tools
Collaborating with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall performance
