COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Overtime: Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (fixed)

• Standard emergency medicine procedures as appropriate for hospital-based ER coverage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas Medical License (required)
• Board: Board Certified preferred (ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM accepted)
• DEA: Active DEA (required)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Prior Emergency Medicine experience required
• Other Qualifications: Ability to function independently in a high-volume emergency setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care and stabilization to patients in the Emergency Department
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a full spectrum of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with nursing, specialists, and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety and timely care
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in EMR system
• Participate in continuous coverage rotation as part of flexible scheduling model
