Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach team members through improvement processes, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure KPIs and performance metrics are accurately captured and reported.
• Utilize best practices from within the organization to drive value and maintain consistency.
• Serve as a change agent, challenging the status quo and promoting innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience, particularly in the application of Lean tools.
• Proven experience in facilitating Kaizen events and leading improvement initiatives.
• Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to disseminate results and collaborate effectively across the organization.
