What You’ll Do:
Operate fabrication machines (cutoff saws, press brakes, etc.) to cut, bend, and shape aluminum
Read and work from technical blueprints to assemble precision components
Perform hands-on work including lifting materials up to 100 lbs.
Maintain and troubleshoot basic machine operations
What You Bring:
1–2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or relevant training (CNC experience required)
Solid blueprint reading and hand tool skills
Basic math proficiency (fractions, ratios, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina
