Job Description

Job Summary: McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/CDJR is seeking an experienced and skilled Chrysler Technician to join our team in Clanton, Alabama. This is a full-time role in the auto industry. As a Chrysler Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler vehicles for our customers. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Diagnose and repair complex issues with Chrysler vehicles
Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues
Provide accurate and timely estimates for repair work
Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding the status of their vehicle
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Chrysler certification and/or strong experience with Chrysler vehicles
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to continue education and training to stay up-to-date with advancements in the industry
