We're loading bays now and hiring CDJR technicians who diagnose fast, fix right the first time, and keep comebacks clean. This is a high-volume, OEM-supported shop with steady work and a pay plan designed to beat the Texas market (statewide CDJR tech averages ~$25/hr and many ads top out far lower-we pay to win). Your Role
Diagnose drivability, electrical/CAN, engine, transmission, chassis, brake, and HVAC concerns to CDJR OEM spec
Perform advanced inspections, verify repairs with road tests, and keep documentation tight on every RO
Execute PM services (fluids, brakes, alignments) with speed and precision
Build accurate estimates/timelines; communicate clearly with advisors and customers
Maintain shop equipment and follow all safety/compliance procedures
Requirements
Minimum 4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent)
Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; mastery of modern scan tools
ASE and/or Mopar Level certifications preferred (both welcome)
Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset; valid driver's license
