We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive informed decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for business and technology initiatives.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management.
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, or Confluence .
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across technical and business teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
