Location: San Bruno, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourWe are seeking an entry-level Associate Aesthetic & Technical Director to help reinvent online shopping with stunning, photoreal 3D environments. You’ll work alongside experienced creative technologists, contributing to both internal and external projects, supporting presentations, and using next-gen tools like Gen-AI to push your ideas. If you have a strong visual eye for product and residential design, and a passion for where creativity meets technology, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.Responsibilities: Assist in designing indoor and outdoor residential spaces to be rendered in 3D. Support senior creatives by preparing input decks, alt crops, visual research, and sketch ideas. Use generative AI tools (like Adobe Firefly) to explore ideas and build inspirational concepts. Help build and maintain roadshow decks that explain our 3D creative process to internal partners. Contribute to visual storytelling across Home, Beauty, and other product categories. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams to align on visual direction. Help with administrative tasks that keep creative projects running smoothly-like organizing reference materials, managing presentation updates, and tracking visual assets. Participate in creative reviews, offer input, and learn by doing. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in imagery Art Direction (practical and/or 3D-based). Comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly, Stager, Figma-with an emphasis on Adobe Stager. Excited about experimenting with Gen-AI platforms to fuel creative thinking. A strong visual thinker with a portfolio that shows taste and curiosity. Highly organized and willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the team. Energized by the idea of helping others "get" the magic of 3D creative. Collaborative, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-moving environment.
