**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for unbundling wires and components/connectors, and kitting them. You will stand at a billboard, place wires on it, and connect them together to form an assembly of wire harnesses. After assembly, you will push a button to conduct an electrical test and tape the wires together. **Responsibilities** + Unbundle wires and components/connectors for kitting. + Place and connect wires on a billboard to form wire harnesses. + Conduct electrical tests on assembled wire harnesses. + Tape wires together post-assembly. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production and assembly. + Proficiency in using hand tools and performing manufacturing tasks. + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. + Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day. + Basic math skills (adding/subtracting). + Basic computer literacy, including navigating a tablet and reading emails. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Pass a mechanical test given during the interview. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy yearly reviews with potential pay increases, flexible scheduling with open communication, and an environment where you are not micromanaged. The facility is not climate-controlled, offering heating in winter but can get hot in summer. The first shift is from 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays.
