As an administrative assistant you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks for multiple client and internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Remind Agency Director of all consultations.
• Request and send PFS Application Fee Invoice to Patchwerk (Curtis).
• Track and remind Agency Director of student entrance interview dates.
• Prepare and file administrative paperwork for new students.
• Coordinate scheduling of student promo interviews with the media team
• Manage graduation logistics and alumni communications.
• Assist with building and managing partnerships with Public Schools for collaboration.
• Assist with managing school communication follow-ups.
• Update and maintain the client CRM.
• Create and manage client invoices.
• Remind Agency Director of upcoming invoice due dates and reporting deadlines.
• Manage agency project tasks and deadlines
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with data and research

Skills

• Spreadsheet/Database management
• Excellent Google Business suite knowledge along with business tools
• Outstanding organizational and time management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High school degree
• Bachelors degree is a plus
